NOT AS EASY AS MANY PEOPLE THINK OF.

The IRS is not an store that you owe money to, that could accepts $.10 on the dollar to settle your  debt. The IRS has ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD, and if it accepts an offer from you to pay much less than the amount owed, is because you have proven to them that you in fact cannot pay it.

The ultimate goal is a compromise which is the best interest of the taxpayer and the IRS

  • We will help you prepare, and provide to the IRS, the necessary documentation to support the offer.
  • We will calculate the amount of the offer.
  • We will file the offer for you, and continue with the process of negotiations until it is accepted, adjusted, or rejected.
